  • Hot Water
  • Nutpods Original Oat Milk
  • Cinnamon


  • Add 1-2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Steam 4oz nut pods
  • Boil hot water
  • Pour over Remrise powder
  • Top with cinnamon

Sweet and Spicy Remrise

Spicy Remrise


  • Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Hot Water
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Mike’s Hot Honey


  • Add 1-2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Pour 3oz of near-boiling water over the powder
  • Steam almond milk
  • Pour over hot Remrise powder
  • Top with Mike’s Hot Honey

  • Unsweetened Macadamia Nut Milk
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 1 TBSP Nut Butter
  • Ice


  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
  • Blend until desired consistency

Remrise Nighttime "Cheesecake" Pudding

  • 2 scoops Remrise
  • 4-5oz Plain Cocojune, or your favorite plant-based yogurt
  • 1 tsp full fat coconut milk from a can
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Kite Hill Cream Cheese (plain)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Stir until smooth and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Top with dried lavender sprig.
