  • Add 2-3 scoops (tablespoons) of remrise Sleep Powder into a mug or glass
  • Add at least 3-4 oz. of hot liquid, adding more liquid as necessary for desired consistency
  • Using a 4th scoop of Sleep Powder as needed for extra help sleeping

Sweet + Creamy Remrise

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
  • 3oz of Hot Water
  • 3 oz of Nutpods Original Oat Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Add Remrise Sleep Powder and cinnamon to your mug
  • Steam or heat up 3oz nut pods
  • Boil hot water
  • Pour both Nutpods and hot water over Remrise powder
  • Stir or froth to fully combine

    Sweet and Spicy Remrise

    Spicy Remrise

    Ingredients

    • 2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
    • 3 oz of Hot Water
    • 3 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    • 1 tsp of Mike’s Hot Honey

    Directions

    • Add remrise Sleep Powder to your mug
    • Steam or heat up almond milk
    • Pour both almond milk and hot water over remrise powder
    • Stir or froth to combine
    • Top with Mike’s Hot Honey

      Ingredients

      • 2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
      • 8oz of Unsweetened Macadamia Nut Milk (or favorite plant-based milk)
      • ½ Frozen Banana
      • 1 TBSP Nut Butter
      • ¼ cup of Ice

      Directions

      • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
      • Blend until desired consistency
      • Pour into your favorite glass

        Remrise Nighttime "Cheesecake" Pudding | By Shauna Faulisi

        Ingredients

        • 2 scoops Remrise
        • 4-5oz Plain Cocojune, or your favorite plant-based yogurt
        • 1 tsp full fat coconut milk from a can
        • 1/2 tsp vanilla
        • 3/4 tsp lemon juice
        • 1 Tbsp Kite Hill Cream Cheese (plain)
        • 1 tsp maple syrup

        Directions

        Stir until smooth and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Top with dried lavender sprig.

        Maple Cinnamon Latte

        Ingredients

        • 2 scoops (tablespoons) Remrise Sleep Powder
        • 3 oz Trader Joe’s Non-Dairy Maple Oat Beverage
        • 3 oz Hot Water
        • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
        • Whipped Cream (optional)

        Directions

        1. Add remrise Sleep Powder and 1tsp ground cinnamon to your mug
        2. Pour Maple Oat Beverage and steaming hot water over the powder.
        3. Stir or froth to fully combine
        4. Top with whipped cream (optional)
