How I Remrise:  I mix the Sleep Powder with vanilla-flavored soy milk an hour before planning to go to sleep.

Nighttime Routine - While mixing and drinking I chat with my hubby since I'm making him a Remrise drink too, and then after I go wash up and lie in bed to read, finish work emails (I know bad hygiene!) or listen to the latest All In Podcast

How I Remrise:  I take 4 Sleep Vitamins with a large glass of water, every night around 30 minutes before I want to fall asleep.

Nighttime Routine - While taking my Remrise vitamins, I like to go through my nighttime skincare routine. This usually includes a mask and listening to the current Remrise Spotify Playlist on my Google bathroom speaker. Afterward, I read at least a chapter in a book and it is light’s out.

Bedtime: No later than 11 pm.

The classic way to mix your Remrise

  • 2-3 scoops (tablespoons) into a mug or glass
  • Add 3-4 fluid ounces of hot liquid, adding more liquid as necessary for desired consistency
  • Using a 4th scoop as needed for extra help sleeping

Sweet + Creamy Remrise


  • Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Hot Water
  • Nutpods Original Oat Milk
  • Cinnamon


  • Add 1-2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Steam 4oz nut pods
  • Boil hot water
  • Pour over Remrise powder
  • Top with cinnamon

Spicy Remrise


  • Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Hot Water
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • Mike’s Hot Honey


  • Add 1-2 scoops of Remrise Sleep Powder
  • Pour 3oz of near-boiling water over the powder
  • Steam almond milk
  • Pour over hot Remrise powder
  • Top with Mike’s Hot Honey
